Todos nuestros envíos incluyen un Seguro a Todo Riesgo frente a pérdidas, roturas o anomalías que puedan afectar al paquete durante el transporte. Es muy importante que cuando le entreguen el pedido, compruebe que el paquete no esté roto, manchado o abierto, en cuyo caso no debe aceptarlo. En ese caso indique el motivo en el albarán de entrega que le aportará el mensajero y contacte con nosotros para informarnos y hacerle un nuevo envío.


Farmacia Esteban CB sólo ofrece productos de calidad, ORIGINALES y avalados por firmas comerciales de primer nivel. La recepción de los productos enviados y la manipulación de estos para preparar los envíos se hace siguiendo un estricto procedimiento de calidad.
